She has been a cop for over 25 years. That is no excuse. You know the weight of a gun and a taser. Plus you always know what side you have it on , on your hip. I hope they give her Max life in prison, and not a prison where she is protected . One with real murderers. Or better yet give her the death penalty...

Such madness nobody has a chance to make a honest mistake !! Your gonna get torched .  The Madness is the Looters should be shot on sight and it will all come to a end.  Thats your real question !!  Why isnt looting a crime ???

Initial thoughts: she should be punished for making that kind of mistake. The man made a very poor choice to flee and get back in his vehicle to cause the cop to be in that situation

I usually believe what the cops say happened because they are our public servants and more likely to be trustworthy, it wasn't obvious officer error like the George Floyd death so Im gonna take the police's side on this one

it’s very unfortunate and should never result in a death but if he would have listend to the officer this could have been avoided

A mistake...but with 26 years of experience, it is unacceptable. Negligence causing death. She needs to pay for his death. Jail time.
