Mariott brand hotel sounds fiscally irresponsible to me, not a Extended Stay or something else but Mariotts extended hotel. This is on the same level of LA building 600K a piece apartments for homeless.

Nope this bombed in Orange County when they moved them out of the Santa Ana River bed a well. Frnakly the hotel might have been betteroff without them.
