My guess would be no, I am not sure what she exactly brings for Biden. I don't think its more legitimacy with women, I don't think it helps him draw more people from states/areas he normally wouldn't reach/fit for (IE, her likability would be states like California, Washington, New York which to me would already be states i'd expect biden to win, maybe they were concerned by that), and frankly I think she hurt his draw in midewest/more conservative states because she from California which most people from those states already think CA is crazy.
