She was appointed during a time when the American people elected the officials, the pending election is for 2021, we are still in 2020 and Trump is the current elected official. The fact Republicans said it wasn't appropriate during another time frame was politics but doesn't discredit the appointment,therefore it is appropriate.

ACB is extremely brilliant in her respected practices of law. She is called a constitutional originalist as an insult. She explained that the law is supposed to be upheld, not bent to appeal a certain group of people. Democrats call her racist for being an originalist, because the Constitution excludes blacks. But the democrats can't seem to understand that an AMENDMENT changes the constiution to better fit modern life.
