I wouldn't start from Scratch player wise, because crap you don't want to be the Dolphins, Bengals, Redskins, Etc... However, offensive scheme wise including coaches I absolutely would, whatever there doing isn't working, hasn't worked, and hasn't been working for years upon years. The two biggest things they need to do is to final a real QB and some real WR's, not a bunch of injury prone guys or nobodies.
