I listen all day, but like to start the morning get caught up and then evenings close the day.... midday gets filled in with podcasts and/or what I missed in the morning or prior evening.

I too listen all day.  I am blessed to live in San Diego where we are home to the best sports talk.  We don't have to listen to the East Coast bias talk hosts that are on the ESPN and CBS networks.  We get a fair balance view of all teams with a slight focus on SoCal sports but the hosts I listen to talk about everything.   I start with Ben and Woods, Jim Rome, Darren Smith and Marty,then Scott & BR.
