It's time for life to start again. People really do need to learn about smart hygiene habits. I still see so many people not washing their hands. They should be doing it even without Covid going around.

I come from Melbourne, Australia, where in our state (Victoria) we had some of the toughest lockdown laws in the world (after a spike in cases and deaths back in July - our second wave).
The Premier (your version of Governor) set some very tough targets to be reached before restrictions were to be eased.
Those on the right, the Murdoch-owned media and the conspiracy whack-jobs went nuts, and said we'd never reach the targets to ease restrictions.
Guess what... we made it! Restrictions are easing at a sensible speed and for the 4th day in a row, we've had what's been nicknamed a "Double Donut Day" here - that means ZERO new Covid-19 cases and ZERO Covid-19 deaths.
To put things into context, my home state has almost six and a half million people, with Melbourne's population being five million people, and the city sprawls out like LA.
