Easily the Chargers. I think more people have respect for what Steve Ballmer is doing after purchasing the team to make that organization a top notch one by attracting high end players and building his own arena. Can anyone check those boxes with the Chargers? Aren't the Chargers still owned by the same clown that keeps screwing things up? Great organizations start with ownership.

The Clippers for sure, putting aside the Sterling regime debacle and numerous first round pick busts over the years, they've never advanced past the second round of the playoffs in team history... even the Chargers have made it to the Super Bowl (ouch, that one hurt) and a few AFC championship games. The Clippers have been in LA since the 1984-85 season (they were from Buffalo and only in SD from 78-84, two cursed cities)... that's 35 years of ineptitude in a City that bleeds purple and gold and only cares about championships. Maybe when they get to Inglewood, their fortunes will change. It's always good to have expectations. They haven't had many years with those.

The clippers have not hade it through the conference finals let alone a super bowl. It doesn’t matter who they put in to run that team, that can’t change that losing culture  

With the chargers I’ll always have Stan Humphries and their 1994 run. That was so much fun. When they won on the road and all the local news met them at the helicopter and the stadium filled up w local fans.

Last year gulls in the west confrence finals and scored in the own net to basically los that series. 
Chargers never winning the SB and then leaving 
Clippers leaving and nevr winning

Gotta agree. The Chargers are cursed, but they have had break through moments, whereas the Clippers can change ownership, front office, Coach, roster, location, and they can’t break through!
