Great theatre at its core is about the story. Not the costumes, lighting, scenery, special effects... the story. That’s what we’ve gotten tonight and it’s been terrific. It’s like the Heisman Trophy show. We don’t need to see the same highlights we’ve seen all year. We don’t need to hear the same questions asked compelling the same answers. Just Get To It.

The atmosphere at a live draft is awesome. Even though this years draft has been great, you can't beat the players taking the stage in front of a huge crowd with fans from every team  all in one place. Watching the drama in the green room with all of the draft prospects is fun to watch.

Don't get me wrong, the draft coverage has been awesome so far and the NFL has truly made lemonade out of lemons. But there is still something to be said about the live in-person draft. And I love now that it changes cities, so you get to see each cities culture on display during the event.

Cole, I think seeing the GMs and the Coaches at home, with their families, proves the draft does not have to be in a war room! I liked it.
