San Diego, but it does matter where you live. Grew up in Carlsbad and live in Oceanside. Difference between downtown Carlsbad and Oceanside is night and day. But driving down the coast makes you really appreciate the beauty here.

Out of the options San Diego is clearly and obviously the best option. Frankly to me the others listed maybe outside Boston are so easy to not want to. Really wish there we so more of the place that more and more people are moving too.
