Rockets hopeful NBA acts after James Harden dunk not counted

What should the NBA do in light of the referees missed call in the Rockets vs. Spurs game Tuesday?

Order that the remaining 7 minutes, 50 seconds be replayed at a later date

This is tough, but refs miss calls and it’s part of the game. It’s up to your team to overcome it. I feel the Spurs could easily certain fouls were missed, a turnover wasn’t called, etc. There are so many fouls, turnovers, and dead ball situations, the refs will never call a perfect game.

This is a tough one given it was a made basket and not just your ordinary blown foul, goaltending, or out of bounds play. There was a lot of time left in regulation nfor the Rockets to overcome that and it was not reviewed during the timeout during the 30 second limit the Rockets had to request a review (those rules need to change btw, the NBA folks in NY have replay available and shouldnt need a coach request). All in all Harden gets tons of foul calls his way that sends him to the line and benefits his team, so let Harden reflect on his Karma and let the game stand.

Get over it! Officials make mistakes. Always have and always will. Enough with way too many replays. Technology is NOT always better.
