Trading for a defensive player won't make a bit of difference.  Think about it.  Who has everyone wanted fired the past few weeks because of poor scheme, coaching and not getting the best out of the players he has to work with?  And now you're wanting to give up draft capital and cap space to trade for a defensive player?  Now, refer back to my first sentence.  Use your brain people - it won't matter who we get on defense, Pauly will still be unable to capitalize on their skills!

There's some players that you can possibly ship away (Zay, Mariota) and some areas that can be upgraded (Safety, DL). Is there a single player that would take this team from playoff to super bowl? Probably not. That requires time, chemistry, and just some good luck.

This is kind of a weighted poll. Of course they should always look to add talent. But we were very aggressive last year in trades. They didn't pan out. Hold our picks and cash. This Mayock Gruden duo are proven in the draft.

Could always use more talent. But we would have had to give up to much draft picks to make any substantial trade.

Yes, the Raiders should have added, and perhaps they tried, but they are in the middle of the Wild Card race, they can make it this season, they should be adding pieces. Didn’t happen though.
