This is a hard one.  I was a forensic therapist for 5 years and part of my job was to work with parolees from all aspects of crime and a good portion of those crimes where sex crimes.  It's easy to say go out and shoot them because what they did was horrific, horrible and inexcusable.  I cant blame anyone for thinking that way, but my job is to help and rehabilitate, and I have to believe that I can succeed in my job.  I will say there was probably about  5 % that where lost causes, not amount of therapy would ever help them..
