The youth vote is the vote nobody cares about because todays youth are extremely inexperienced and xhoose to not educate themselves on actual politics. The deceased however, makes absolutely no sense at all, because voting is deciding the future of the country, and what do they have to do with the future.

If they're not alive, they don't have the right to. I don't care if people say "I know so-and-so would have wanted this person to win." It's like you can't say for sure. And even if you could, they won't be around to experience the president's work at play.
