All it takes is discipline. There are so many ways to stay healthy-eat veggies, fruit and a balanced diet. Run, walk, cycle in your neighborhood, do push ups, sit ups, planks; meditate, do not have a negative attitude. This quarantine will pass and sooner than you might think. I am constantly eating but I haven’t weighed myself. I have definitely mentally gained 5 million pounds.

I’m going to run in the morning and lift or doing something with weights at night. Need to lose all the alcohol weight and get a clear head.

I'm down 14 lbs since February and couldn't be happier about it.  During quarantine have been careful with what I eat and have been getting daily exercise.

have been eating out MUCH less. I think literally 2 times got food to pick up. So eating better and less at home. But been drinking like a fish so it evens itself out 🤣

Gained about 5-6 lbs. been sitting at home like a fat ass.. I still go to work because I’m a hospital worker but come home , and drink beer and eat allot.. lmao.. need to hit this treadmill sitting in my garage that’s buried under a bunch of boxes...
