There’s so much to break down here. Phillips is my top DE in this draft class. The reason he’s bound to fall is because he’s got significant character issues. The Bills have built a culture capable of taking on those issues and fixing them, and evidenced by the breakout of Stefon Diggs. The Bills are desperate for a playmaking DE that can get to the QB, and Phillips is that guy. I am, however, and Bills fan. Am I being biased, or is it realistic for Phillips to fall to Buffalo. I try to limit my bias as much as possible, but please let me know whether or not this is realistic.
