Best winning sports city in 2020? Tampa Bay needs to be in the conversation. Best sports city Do you support your team if they are losing or only if their are winning? Does LA really the Rams and Chargers? Did LA support the Clippers when they were bad . Did fans go to Lakers games to support the Lakers the last few years or did they go to be seen ?
