Based on what the video shows and not knowing any other details... it’s disgusting, infuriating, sad and appears to be murder. The shooter should face the maximum penalty allowable for murder and the other dude at the very least 25 to life. So F’n horrible.

If it really is what it looks like then yes that should be on the table. Not sure how you defend that action even if he was the one who robbed people, to elevate that to threaten with a gun seems a little extreme. It is clearly “premeditated” in the sense that he had a shot gun and chased him down. There was no “conflict” prior to that. Even if there were break-ins (if you buy that bull shit) it doesn’t constitute a response like that. These guys need the full enforcement of the law and death if warranted in that state.
