I say open it all up! Let’s build an even bigger tourney, and have a host city every year! This way all the teams come to one place, play in multiple venues! 

Example, if the NCAA tourney comes to LA, games can be played in Staples, the Forum, Pauley Pavillion, USC, the Pond, etc, with the final four coming to the big stage! 

Just ideas!

These regional sites receive a big economic boost from hosting these events and the impact on NCAA basketball popularity in these areas is also another reason to keep things the way they are!
