Yes! As soon as Tebow gets signed, the immediate reaction is, why Tebow, why not Kap. Browner explained it perfectly, Tebow gets this chance because he is from Jax, the owner thinks he can monetize Tebow, the Coach is the GM, so the relationship between Urban Meyer and Tebow is why this works.

This cannot, and has not, happened anywhere else. There is no owner, coach, GM combo in the NFL that would do this, Not a single one! 

If Kap’s college coach had total control over an NFL team, perhaps Kap has his shot. This is not an NFL issue, this is a relationship and business issue.

Tebow and Meyer have the relationship, and the owner thinks this helps make money, that’s why Tebow gets this chance, and it can only happen in 1 of 32 teams.

The issue with Kap is, does he help enough to be worth the media coverage that comes with him?

The Seattle Seahawks have passed on signing quarterback Colin Kaepernick, at least for now, due to financial reasons.

I do know guys that are upset about Tebow's signing. 
But I find your point way wrong Brown man... 
Tebow is continuing to follow a dream, can't hate him for that. He's willing to try another position, is he pulling some strings? Of coarse, but why hate on a guy that didn't burn bridges with an old coach. 
Let me ask you this, did the Seahawks offer Kaepernick a deal??? I don't see this as a black man not getting the same opportunity that a white man did. How many lawsuits did Tebow file against the NFL, didn't Kaepernick settle with the NFL for an undisclosed amount of money????
To me, comparing Tebow to Kaepernick is not an apple for apples comparison. Tebow is showing that he's willing to swallow his pride, and try a new position.

Kap was on the bench when he last played for the 49ers, why is he owed an opportunity?

I would agree with that statement, only if Tebow was going to be signed as a QB, but he's not going in as QB....
