It is neither terrible nor great. They need to start using it uniformly throughout leagues. Ironically, the MLS (the laughing stock of professional soccer leagues) is the league that is using it the best and letting the game officials call the game. They only use it for obvious and agregious errors on the field. This is what it was intended for, not to micromanage the game.
