Get rid of the cheerleading programs.  They don't drive revenue

First of all, by process of elimination, cheerleading stays unless you don't like to look at good-looking, young women. Which is fine, naturally, if you are not in favor of good-looking young women dancing in front of you. Gymnastics? Incredible sport to watch. Water polo? Not so much. That's why.
