Fair is different from legal. It’s a problem for the future that confronts us now. Whose to say it’s fair, but genetics and sports are intersecting and answers must be given.

No one that wen't thru puberty as a male, should be allowed to compete in women's sports. Its unfair to the other competitors, tarnishes the record books, and in the case of Fallon Fox, its dangerous.This is a question of simple biology, fairness, and saftey.
