The jury is still out on that question...  Although he is worth it when he's hitting like he's hitting now (four HRs in two games), he has also been injury prone; would like to see him play a full season or two without injury. Having said that, it's good to see management opening up their wallets.

If he worth the investment? Of course. He’s extremely talented. However, he shouldn’t be treated as the best player in the league.
