I’m not happy with mine, but it’s a pain in the ass to refinance. We did to get rid of the PMI, but we ended up having to pay 3,000 to lock in the rate. I want to call coop next time. He seems like a genuine dude!

Same here, never worked out for me over the last 10 years. But I was fortunate and got a super low rate and a 15 year term that should allow me to pay it off before I retire.
