Many people will say the G Father because it is really the original in the genre, IMO, however, Goodfellas is the most recognizable gangster film of my generation.

For me it's the O.G. Godfather movie.  The Corleone family are O.G. Gangsters.

I think this film is one of the greatest of all time! So much to say about this film. If you haven't seen it or the Godfather 2 yet in life, do yourself a favor. Great script, great director, great actors, great sound, great shooting locations and sets, great clothing, great cinema!

Scarface is as gangster as it gets, just depicts a different ethnic group, in a different part of the country, at a different time than some of the others listed.

Dude, you quote that scene all the time on your show. Joe Pesci is way underrated as an actor. Funny as shit every time you do it. I'll give you a like for that one as well!
