I am a high stress person. I wake up really early, and crash! So even though I am stressed out like so many others, about life, kids, money, society, everything, I sleep like a baby!

It depends... can be any one or combination of... but it’s rare that keeps me up, more often it’s some program I’m binging LOL

Been having a lot of rough nights lately. I need a vacation from my coronacation!

I employ 100 individuals and had to furlough 85 of them on March 16. It sucked though I have been able to get most back to work as of this week. Coronavirus to me is a nuisance and if I'm careful, I believe I can avert infection before treatments are found. Wash hands, don't touch your face, reduce social circle, wear a mask as courtesy to others and carry hand gel!

Nothing I sleep fine unless there is something on tv then I stay up watching .

I work to stay balanced. It all weighs on me on some level but letting it destroy me isn't helpful to anyone.

THis is tough but doing the right thing by your team and for your business will benefit you in the long run

Thanks for the feedback, guys! Great Friends!

Awesome you’ve been able to get most back to work.

Good for you. Torrey Holistics chocolate bars have helped me through selling my company, furloughing employees, getting PPP loans, calming employee fears, calming family, avoiding COVID.

Ha - good for you man, sleep is vital to get through!

By the way, I’m reading Empire of the summer moon. Have you read it? Recommendations after this book?

I hear you there that is deffinatley something the worries me about having kids

What keeps you up at night?
