There is such a huge difference between the billionaires and the common average citizen. I don’t have the exact data but something like the top 5% of American’s wealth is equal to the remaining 95%. 
They have made their wealth from fellow Americans and a system tilted toward them ; see Trump’s tax plan.

It is time for the ultra rich to pay a higher amount. A wealth tax. Let’s get this democracy balanced again. The proposed tax amounts for the Ultra Wealthy will still keep them wealthy but also help the bottom 20% not worry where their meal or the night’s bed will come from.

We need a congress stupid ass tax !!   Anyone in congress who proposes a tax on the wealthy automatically adds a additional 5% every year  to there Fed income tax.
