Is the $1.9T House stimulus bill needed now?

Bob Rauch

Yes there's a lot of people out there depending on that money as for me they haven't given me a dime of any of this stimulus checks SMH and trust me I don't make over $75,000

Philip J Muniz

This House bill includes a $15 per hour minimum wage, $413B directly to individuals regardless of whether or not they are working full time or not, $86B to rescue pension plans, $129B for elementary and secondary schools with no need to be open--and, 95% of that money will be used between next year and 2030 since the last CARES Act funding has not yet been used by schools. Add $35B for Obamacare subsidies and it's not hard to see that most of these dollars are not needed today! How much debt do we leave future generations?

Bernard Thompson

everyone that says no is all butt hurt prob because they make to much to receive it. Or they own a business and don't want to pay their employees more money. Get over it , there are people out there that might actually need it.

Open up the economy and get people back to work. Most People want to work and not get a check.

Yes another injection is needed. But 1.9 trillion? Way too much. It will put us into an inflationary economy which some of us remember from Carter’s administration. Very hard to get out of .And think of where we will be, the USA, with so much new debt and an increased interest rate.

We need to apologize to our kids. We will be leaving them a mess!
