100% he crossed the line. He is now just another millionaire that is out for his own reputation as a 'concerned' citizen rather than gathering all of the facts before rushing to judgement. He is causing more frustration and terror, not dissolving it. No 2 situations are the same! Stop acting like they are. I am going to gather if this police officer did nothing and let the other girl get stabbed,  he would be tweeting, " another white cop not protect our people!!!". Hypocrite.
