I am convinced that while we should stay diligent, we are ahead of this thing finally. I intend to stick to the US for another 6 months, use caution when indoors in cramped spaces and return to quasi-normal life

No doubt it’s an immensely better situation now due to this current administrations aggressive rollout of the vaccine. BUT, the scary part is they don’t know how long the shot protects people for. So, essentially, all who are vaccinated are just gradually expiring cartons of milk without an expiration date on our bottles. So, when the vaccine wears off, we won’t know and people will be walking around thinking they’re still protected when their not any longer. THAT presents a problem. They need to figure out how long the shot protects us for.
