According to Max Kellerman the Chargers and the Patriots should swap quarterbacks at the end of the year. So the question is who would be more likely to win? Rivers under Belichick or Brady with the Chargers?

Rivers is way too emotional to play for Belichick...You might expect Brady to make the Chargers instant winners, but LeBron couldn't do that for the Lakers, and TB12 cannot make up for the inept Spanos family.BTW, if the Chargers can get it done, do it, Brady gives you a better chance to win, and win over LA than Rivers does.

without a doubt I would pick the Patriots organization over the Spanos organization.   The problem is the cancer at the top of the organization.   Rivers would win 3 Superbowls in 3 years.

This should not be a debate. The success of a team starts with the SYSTEM. Belichick is the greatest coach of all time and Brady is lucky  to have that through his career. Rivers never had the luxury of having a stable coaching staff/front office. Switch Brady and Rivers and Rivers wins multiple SB’s while Brady shits the bed.
