This one really, cause it would feel really shitty if you really did pass it to someone who was high risk. On the other hand if you are compromised probably should be staying away from people.

I think the more we see of this, though the more proof there is just like most diseases it affects the high risk people the most (IE why they always suggest the flu shot for those groups).

All of above but really I am living carefully but not in fear. The media has been providing very misleading stats. Hospitalizations up? Sure. Reason? Not COVID-19 directly, rather it is total hospitalizations which include all the recently postponed procedures and visits. Why can't we get the facts? Politics! Pepe are not getting that sick and dying. Fact check and live! Wash your hands, don't touch your face, wear a mask in public. Live!

 I teach a class on stress and well being and one part of my lecture is about how we stress ourselves out with media and knowing to much of a certain topic. I will give you a example. This next week ready about heart conditions and having a heart attack, symptoms and mortality and age statistics etc... read that everyday, as much as you read covid news and see how much you feel and think you are going to have a Heart Attack.. I am not saying covid isnt real, but the more we expose ourselves to a danger that might not be as dangerous the more we feel like its death hovering over us!!

Good for year, more people need to turn it off and form their own opinions or realize that ever things is fine and a. there alive, b. not everyone around them is dying, c. things are going fine, d. we don't have mass war/3rd world conditions/etc going on. But at the same time also realize a continued closure is only making poor poorer and more people head towards homelessness.
