Just last week had a family vacation with the whole fam. Going home (thank god) we had a connection in Charlotte, NC and made it to our gate. With tropical storms hitting the east coast all week we thought weather would be what stopped our flight but American had other ideas. I guess when we paid for our ticket, a pilot to fly the plane was not included because we ended up waiting for an hour past when we were supposed to take off and then they just cancelled the flight entirely. BUT THATS NOT THE WORST OF IT. After finding out we couldn’t get on an open flight home until Monday (it was Sunday) American told us that our bags could not be given back to us until we arrived at our final destination when they hadn’t been checked…. Long story short got our luggage stolen by American after they left us stranded in our connection city because they can’t schedule pilots correctly…

Delayed flight from NY Laguardia to San Diego, 4p flight left at 10:30p. Landed in Kansas City at 1:30a. Missed last connection, found hotel room, only flight out was through Vegas in am. Slept from 2-4a in airport hotel, caught 5:30a flight to Vegas, but flight was delayed and missed San Diego connection, next flight was 10:30a, arrived home at 12:30p, total time 22+ hours or so from 5p eastern time the day before with 2 hours sleep. Sucked!!

Was seated by an ultra fat guy whose fatlets were oozing over the handles and touching me. Behind me, was a kid being transferred to his other parent for visitation and he was crying his ass off. In front of me, was a belligerent drunk bastard that should have been booted off in midair. Never flew AA again 😁

Conviasa, Santa Barbara, laser. When I play overseas in Venezuela was a nightmare play on road, the travels was trash.
