Post Covid 19...., If given the choice to permanently work from home or go back to the office which would you do?

Stingray

go to the office or back to work. I am currently still working, But I wouldn't want to stay at home. Have to see the same people every day (your family) but when you go to work you have different people you get to interact with. So even though its nice to stay home.
Leaving every day seems better to me.

Work from home for sure at least 2 or so days of the week. Of course I never got to work home full time over the break because of my line of work. So ya. But would love to get to work from home even if it was some.

I need the break going into the field gives me. 24/7 at home is a bit much.

Staying home will get old. At work, there is camaraderie and flexibility relative to coming home. Nice to be out, stop on the way home and hit some golf balls or have a happy hour meeting. Harder to do from home. My three cents.

I usually work about 80% out in the field and at home anyway so for me not a huge difference. Overall having the freedom to work virtually is superior because you can be anywhere!

Frederick Remick

I don't see ever taking a job again which means daily freeway commute in traffic.

I think this whole situation has shown that many people can work from home and be just as productive as working in an office if not more so. That being said I actually enjoy the thought of being outside of the house for work and going back to an office a couple of times a week might be a decent middle ground
