If the Scott and BR show could do the podcast and be on 1360 or 97.3 which station would you like to see them on?

1360 reunite with Darren for epic crossovers!

any station with Darren show and Scott and br would reign and take over 97.3. ben and woods are tools

97.3 is "San Diego's Number 1 Sports Station" while 1360 is "San Diego's MostIrrelevant Sports Station"

Christopher J. Velasco

So easy 1360, and the primary reason is 97.3 is just to tied to the Padres and just doesn't allow a ton of criticism. And while I think you should support your home team I think its also fair to be able to criticize and push them to be better.

Derrick McQuinn

I think 1360 is best bet for Scott & BR. Padres wouldn't allow Kaplan on their flagship station 97.3

Sam Shull

I agree the crossovers with Darren were great, however no one listens to that station. Better to go for the better signal and the better chance at staying on the air longer.

Bring the whole line up back together, best by far in the last 20+ years I’ve listed to local SD sports radio. But if I had to choose one I think ScottandBR would do better on 97.3 ScottandBR and BenandWoods on the same station would kill it ?

Joe Rigby

Just the crossovers alone would make it worth it. Some of their best content came from that. Also often they would call into each others shows and that was always entertaining to hear. Darren's show and Scott and BR just work better in terms of flow and entertainment value.

The 97.3 signal sucks! I can barely listen to it in Vista.

The crossover was must listen radio. It was always nice to listen to Darren loosen up. But the 1360 signal is weak. Weak sauce.

I've been listening to Scott & Br for years via the 1090 Podcast always a few hours later. So nothing has changed for me as I continue to listen the same way. If I had to choose I pick 1360 as I do miss the Crossover and Darren Smith. Other than that, have Darren call in, but I suspect his employer, much like that of Ted Leitner, will not allow it.

Don Benson

Definitely 1360. The crossovers were great radio and it was such a great idea that they started doing the fusion at 1360

I said it many years ago, when I tried to flip 97.3 to fm sports in 2012, got far down the line, had even met with the Padres about joining us.

Like what you said yesterday whoever puts a sports station on FM will win and succeed and 97.3 definitely succeeding and winning in the ratings. Plus I think Ben And Woods would actually allow you to be in their podcast since they got one themselves
