It's inevitable but the start time for these things is always early. It's the worst when I worked nights and id get home just as they were starting

7 am is fine. People love to complain about neighbors starting their lawn work or building that deck early in the morning but will freaking keep up the  whole neighborhood with their loud music and partying atmosphere. If you don’t want me to knock on your door and tell you to lower your music then don’t complain about me or anyone else starting up at 7 am.
