Had a winning record without his 2nd best player. Barely missed any games. Had several statement games early and late into the season. Been a model of consistency. He also is the most starved star from the free throw line for some reason. The man deserves it.

I think Steph has had the most incredible season of his career, but he's not going to win MVP for getting the warriors to the 8th seed of the playoffs and potentially missing it due to a play in game. Jokic has been awesome and he stepped up when murray got injured.
