Lose: The season is over we need high draft order picks

Win: You never know we can sneak into Playoffs and we need to know if we want to keep Winston or not?

I think the mix of Winston and coach Arians doesn't work. While Arians has been known to work well with QBs, I think it's time for coach to draft and develop a QB of his choosing. Plus, as the losses pile up, maybe TB picks high enough to draft Burrow, Herbert, or another top college passer.
