Placing requirements in employees is consistent with offering a safe place for clients without requirement to wear mask. Employees have the right to go elsewhere but not demand their employer bend rules for them especially publicly served entireties

I’m agreeing with this ruling but in protest.
Obviously, you can’t enter an establishment without a shirt and or shoes. This ruling probably falls under that.
Personal freedom is reined in when it comes to working for someone or a company. 
I usually side with the businesses as it pertains to them having  authority when it comes to managing their affairs. Public and especially employees, are quick to scream and yell about how a company should be operated and how they should be spending their money.
