Another question for Sided debaters: What’s the longest a debate should be able to be active?

I don’t think all debates should be indefinite, because the point is to crown a winner. However, I think there are a few that are sort of just timeless, like who has the best burger, Whataburger or In n Out. So I think it should be an option to have indefinite debates, but used sparingly.

Part of the original idea for Sided was to offer finality when having a debate, a score. Indefinite debates don't do that, but maybe with a limit we could correlate the same debate over time and compare results.

I'm good with the Indefinite but not all debates should be this way. I agree with Allison on the "best burger" debate or something like that should be indefinite.

I feel users should be able to shut it down though if it starts to be outdated.
