Andre Ward was the best boxer on Earth the last decade.

I like Ward, wish he would have fought Canelo before retiring. Smart fighter, all the tools, undefeated record, Super Middleweight and Light Heavyweight champ... but his toughest opponent and biggest wins were two bouts against Kovalev. Case for best fighter during the 2010s could also be made for Canelo or Mayweather before Ward, and even Crawford, Spence Jr., Wilder, and Fury.
