Scott- umps got it completely wrong. I understand the bang-bang split-second decisions that are made. But really? Luckily for the Nats they overcame the poor call and won the game.

Definitely got it wrong, this would of been a better no call. To me this is really simple , but not something I haven heard mentioned. And that is the first baseman was righty where as the majority of First Baseman are lefty and for good reason. This would not have even been thing if the first baseman was lefty. Ultimately, due to a bad throw and Guriel being a righty the ball pulled towards the runner. Is it really the runners job to know whoever threw the ball did a crapy job. On top of that ultimatley where Turners hits the glove and gets hit by the ball, he is essentialy on the bag, more to the right (fould side) center of it. I will say yes while he was not in the running lane most of the time, by the time he gets to the bag he is pretty much in the lane. Even for the sake you say he isn't in the running lane and thereby interferes. If you look where Guriel and his arm is (by the way without the ball), you could also consider Guriel interfering as he is in the path of the runner. To top it off without the ball. If I recall the rules well enough, I believe if the 1st Baseman is in the way the runner has the right to the bag and if the baseman gets hit/ran over, that is okay and there problem.End of the day umpire should have not made the call and let it be. Next year you know this is going to end up being a reviewable play because of this.

I definitely understand those split second decisions too, but in the world series it kinda seems silly that its not reviewable call. I mean runner sliding purposely into the thrower at second/third to break up dobule/trip play and home plate collision/avoidance stuff can be challenged, but you can't challenge interference at first. Kinda seems stupid that its not reviewable because its a judgement call considering the other two are also judgetment calls.
