Anybody has the potential to have been "exposed". Behavior like this should be punished so people understand the seriousness of it. We don't need to panic we just need to be smart and he was being an idiot!

andybnerdy

no but he should get hit with a significant fine

Stingray

Not sure what charge but sure there's something that he can be charged. The NBA should give him a huge fine and suspend him for a year. If anyone dies because of his totally stupid negligence the NBA should banish him for life.

Stu Schreiber

It’s one thing to be doubtful of the seriousness of this whole thing and another thing to just be an ass and do stuff like this. There should be punishment for this type of behavior regardless of there being a current pandemic or not.

Christian Navarro

I read about this and was hoping the reporting is wrong here. The article also said he went around on Monday purposely touching reporters microphones during a press conference... given the circumstances with this virus, it is really hard to imagine such disregard, carelessness, and entitlement being exhibited like this. I am sure he is going to be targeted anyway by the media and fans and made the scapegoat as more cases from the NBA emerge in coming days, but this type of behavior definitely won't help his cause at all in this regard. All that matters in the end is that he and others with the virus are ok!

Should Rudy Gobert be prosecuted?
