I don’t think we can consider it “quarantine” anymore as we’ve begun to transition out... it’s probably more “quaran-guidelines” be alert, do the right thing or face the consequences.

Joe Rigby

We are still officially in quarantine, but I must say, based on what I saw this past weekend on the beach, wither people in San Diego don't have access to information, or they have decided we spend this much to live here, I am going back out to what I pay for...99 out of 100 people on the beach did NOT have a mask...so technically we are in quarantine, but we are not behaving as such!

I don't believe so, I went driving and drove by PB and it was packed at all the bars/clubs that were open. There were some people wearing masks in line but once they were inside they didn't have them on anymore. They already shut 1 place down because they wernt following the rules, I bet allot more will do the same to come.

Although the politicians and stay at home fanatics want everyone locked down, the world doesn’t work that way. Liberty!

We don't necessarily need to continue to be held prisoners in our homes, but if you venture into public spaces while this thing is still going on and there is no vaccine, they you should absolutely be cautious and courteous to others while in public spaces.

Not all of America is. But most of it is still under some kind of quarantine. Tried to get a hotel in Big Bear. Closed.

Wineries not open for tastings.

Its a bit scary seeing some of the photos and videos from this past weekend.

Atleast drunk teens and 20 year olds.vsm be the guinea pigs.

America isn't in quarantine anymore, but the virus didn't just magically disappear. We shall see how this all plays out.

No, we are still wearing masks, washing hands and using sanitizing gel, being careful about distance and not abusing the opportunity to be free. The Chinese Communist Party as well as California at times, seemed like it was a police state. That part is gone in Cali. But, no, we are not back to the old times. Take this seriously so that we don't infect those that are elderly or have underlying health issues. But it is time to get back to all activities--events will have dramatically different protocols!

I am trying to when its reasonable, I mean if there is a shit load of people in close proximity or I am trying to be respectful because of where I am, I will put on my mask. As far as gloves unless your changing those things like every time you go somewhere or touch something there not doing you much good anyways.

Derrick McQuinn

I think for the most part, people are still doing what needs to be done. You're always going to get people trying to bend the rules, especially on a holiday weekend.

Joe Cabral

Wearing a mask in public does not mean we are out of hibernation. Situation awareness = self-preparation. Don’t worry about what others are doing, worry about yourself and your party / family.

America is finally start to see and hear the reality. Unfortunately everyone has a different reality.

I went to Coronado on Sunday. While walking the beach and staying at the edge of the water, I did not wear my mask. I kept my distance from other people, played in the water for a little with my daughter, and then left. I'd say it was a good 70/30 not wearing masks on the beach.

I think some will be this way and I want to start doing more but some will ease into it at their own pace and that is the way it should be - people should all be mature enough to take the risk they are prepared to take.

Jason Finley

It doesn't seem like anywhere else is in COVID quarantine besides California. Let us out!!!

Murray told CNN's Anderson Cooper that they didn't find a correlation between mobility and deaths.

This whole “thing” has been a dramatic over reaction... shelter in place has been shown to have no effect, a complete waste and unimaginable self
Inflicted damage.

I wanted to change my vote but America is technically in quarantine, I have Canadian friends who don't want Americans coming over the border and other countries have put a travel ban on American and other foreign visitors traveling to their countries. Until the bans are lifted, we as a nation are still under quarantine.

Is America still in Covid Quarantine?
