Scientists are saying the virus hates sunlight so outdoor activities are a minimal risk. 

Bars and Restaurants need to also hold customers accountable..dont let them in if they have no mask or refuse to social distsnce.

Naturally, in the event of a real crisis, we could enter a new shutdown. Currently, I see absolutely no reason to consider that and feel the beach closures were inappropriate. Nightclubs without distancing I get. Outdoors? Really? Bullshit.
