Worst experience with / which is the worst airline?

Used them once for work travel because I had to... never again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. From over booking the flight, lost luggage etc etc all in one trip.

Frontier is terrible. I actually like Southwest.

Never been on Spirit but I know enough people in the industry that tell me of their terrible pilots

SWA, While it's one of my favorites, I'm currently fighting with them over a cancellation in relationship to a Covid related issue. My complaint is they are robots reading company doctrine, ignoring the facts and won't escalate to a supervisor and took our money while we were in process of the change in question.

I have a philosophy. If an aircraft lands safely, the flight was at least partially successful--I don't have a worst airlines so long as I am above ground

Let alone the bad service and fee heavy operations.
