Always! It is so much easier to return the cart than to get it to stop! I take it to the cart rack, what does it take, 10 steps, to be polite? Just return the cart, those who don’t are lazy or rude!

If this is 93% , then I think some of you are not being truthful. It happens too often and usually right in the middle of a prime parking spot. I’ve often gotten out of my car while the person is still in their vehicle and returned the cart myself.
