No way, I stay up till at least midnight!! I don't feel productive till the afternoon

I have had severe chronic insomnia since I was 20 years old. So almost 26 years. 

I have gone without an ounce of sleep for 5 to 7 days many times 

Its brutal and has impacted my life dramatically. I can't ever plan anything or schedule anything before 3pm or ill obsess about it all night

So I guess I fit into the Both category 😴😴😴

My first meeting of the morning is 6:30 am with ESPN LA, then 7:30 am with Sided, 10 am Alex and I build the radio show, 12-3 on air, 3:15 to 4:15 ish podcast, then back to Sided. By 8 pm I AM TOAST!

5:30 or 6am most days, my two young kids and wife are also morning people. So it works for our family circumstances. I always seem to feel better the more that I get done in the morning.

Ok, I guess my husband is right.... most adults don't stay up till 12/1 am . Even when my kids are in school I still stay up late

Yeah, so sorry to hear Toby, I've personally found that stress definitely  messes with my sleep. The only thing I've tried to do that seems to make a difference is to make sure I exercise daily  and stay away from TV, computer and my phone an hour or so before I want to go to sleep. And if I wake up I definitely try and stay away from my phone. Even then, since I've become a parent, going on 8 years, and a small business owner, going on 4 years, I'm about a month behind! 26 years is a long time, you might want to see a trusted sleep doctor
