It won't matter much when we have reached total Matrix mode.

I'd like to think that I can separate the two and be a mind first. I treat my mind and body well. Nutrition and exercise are my mantra though meditation is not a large portion of my life. Tough and insightful question!

That’s all we are, we are a mind, and the body is a shell. The interesting this about this time is, our brain can see what our outside appears to be, which then influences how the brain behaves, for the shell, the body!

We are greater than the sum of our parts. There is the physical aspect of neurons muscles serotonin etc. we all have that. But then.  There is the unique you. Unlike anyone else ( including identical twins). I refer to it as the soul. When a person dies the souls leaves the body. A corpse has a body, fingers.   Toes  a brain. A heart etc,.. but it is missing something ( beyond chemicals and electrical impulses.  Look at a corpse, it is nothing more than the vessel
